For apartament owner

The network of Labo Apartment facilities is run by Grzegorz Żurawski - the founder and current president of the management board of the Polish Short-Term Rental Association (PSWK), an organization that guards the quality and reliability of services provided by the operators of the so-called short-term rental in Poland.

We have been providing accommodation services in Warsaw since 2016 under the Labo Apartment brand. We cooperate with apartment owners on the basis of the so-called shared rent, charging a 20 percent commission on the income generated from accommodation services provided in the apartment.

What sets us apart is our care for the Owner's property, which is why we collect a deposit from our guests for the duration of their stay, we use noise sensors to prevent potential events in the facilities, we insure the Owner's property in the apartment, we constantly monitor the condition of the property and its equipment, and we also make minor repairs on an ongoing basis.

We offer help in furnishing the apartment to maximize the owner's profits. We purchase, transport and prepare facility equipment.

We help with appropriate insurance, we also have our own liability insurance for the amount of PLN 2 million.

Depending on the scope of responsibilities entrusted to us, apartment owners can choose the variant of cooperation best suited to their needs.
