Labo Apartment is a brand managed by Gimco Sp. z o. o. , whose owners have been forming the accommodation industry since 2013. Among other things, they are founding members of the Polish Short-Term Rental Association, an organization that stands for the quality and reliability of services provided by the so-called short-term rental operators in Poland. 

"We have been providing accommodation services in Warsaw under the Labo Apartment brand since 2016.

We cooperate with the owners of apartments on the basis of the so-called shared rent, collecting a commission from the income earned from the accommodation services provided in the apartment. Depending on the scope of responsibilities entrusted to us, homeowners can choose the option of cooperation best suited to their needs.

We offer help in furnishing the apartment to maximize the owner's profits. We deal with the purchase, transport and preparation of facility equipment. We help with propriate insurance of the apartment. We also have our own insurance for the amount of 2 million PLN. 

What distinguishes us is the care for the property entrusted to us by the owner, which is why we charge a deposit from guests, we insure the assets of the property, we control the condition of the equipment and do minor repairs on a regular basis. 

Having our own cleaning company, warehouse and wholesale prices of laundry services, we offer much more favorable conditions of cooperation than the competition.
